Account information and study activity
We collect the account information you provide, such as your name, email, school and exam date, and activity such as lessons watched, questions answered and mock results. Our payment provider processes payment details. We also collect basic technical information, including browser type and pages visited.
How we use your information
We use information to provide study planning, practice reporting and account support, and to send relevant communications such as receipts, invitations and reminders according to the applicable settings. If you join a school cohort, authorized school staff can view the progress and results available to that cohort.
Service providers and school cohort sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with providers that support hosting, email and payments, and with your school when you join its cohort, as described in this policy.
Your privacy choices
Use your profile and available account settings to update information and communication preferences. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, email ryan@mentaldental.com.
How we protect information
Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted by role. We work to protect your information, although no system is perfectly secure.
