Board READY subscription cancellation
You can cancel a recurring subscription from account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; partial periods are not refunded under the current policy.
Scheduled consultation and interview cancellations
Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full credit or refund under the current policy. Late cancellations and missed sessions may not be refunded.
Document review refunds
Once a document review has started, it cannot be refunded under the current policy. If you uploaded the wrong file, contact Mental Dental immediately.
